Government had done a lot of hard work to let people know about it and motivate more an more people to enroll for it. After filling all the details in the form you need to submit the form along with the required documents. How to submit the form
After filling your form you need to paste your colored passport sized photograph on the form. Keep it in mind that the background of the photograph should be black and white. You need to fill the form with your full name, residential address and other information as specified in the form. You must check your form twice before submitting it. You can either apply:
- Via post
- Via visiting the office
If you are applying via post then, make sure that you will provide a set of photocopies of all your documents. Also send a copy of either pass book or passport for Identification. Keep it in mind that you must provide attested copies.
