Criteria to fill the form
Once the applicant will visit the website, he/she have to select the option of online registration. A click on that option will take you to the next page where you need to log in the website if you want to register your name for Voter ID card. You will see an option of create a new account on the page, click on that option. You will have to enter your first name, last name, mobile number and email-id etc. you will get a confirmation code on your mobile number which you have to enter on the page to complete the process. You will get confirmation code via email as well as SMS. After the completion of this process you will be redirected to next page. In this page you will see a number of forms there. You have to download form number 6 and fill it properly. After you fill the form completely, upload it back on the website with scanned documents which are required and a scanned passport sized photograph.
After this all the details which you have filled in the form will be verified by a BLO officer. He will visit your place in order to check whether all the information provided by you at the time of registration is true or not. He will provide you a date and time on which you have to visit the office to get your voter ID card.
